Waynetown July 10 - Last night at 9 o'clock at his home on east Church Street occurred the death of Edwin F. Hall, one of Waynetown's best respected citizens. Mr. Hall had lived in the township for a great many years moving to town about three years ago. Last year he had a parlytic stroke from which he did not fully recover, having another one Saturday evening. He was 75 years of age and leaves a wife, one daughter, Mrs. John Henderson of New Richmond and two sons, William and H. Clay Hall, attorneys, living in Chicago. Arrangements for the funeral will be made later. He was a member of the Christian Union Church southeast of here. - kbz

Crawfordsville, Ind, July 10 – Edwin F. Hall, 75 years old, one of the county’s most respected and influential citizens is dead at his home in Waynetown of a paralytic stoke. Mr. Hall leaves a widow, one daughter, Mrs. John Henderson of New Richmond and two sons, William and H. Clay Hall, attorneys of Chicago.
