Hector Hamilton son of the late R. T. B. (Tude) Hamilton died
in the soldiers' home at Danville, Illinois on Monday night of
stomach ulcers. He has been captain of the guards at the home
for 3 years. He served in the Spanish-American war and the
Phillipines. He is survived by his wife who was Carrie Curry and
three sons, Braden, Kenneth and Ryland. He was a brother of Mrs.
Charles Lamson. The family lived for a number of years on the
Eubank place, south of town. - typed by kbz
