Mrs. Harriet Gunkle, aged 74 years, died last Saturday at half past eleven o’clock, at her home three miles out on the Yountsville Road. She had been in failing health for some time. The funeral occurred from the residence on Monday morning at 10 o’clock, interment in the Presbyterian Cemetery on the Terre Haute Road. -s

Mrs. Harriet Gunkel departed this life last Saturday morning. It was a surprise to her neighbors as they did not know she was ill. The funeral was conducted by Rev. Bird of Alamo. Interment was at the Indian Creek Cemetery. -s
