Waynetown, Aug 3 - Mrs. Arizona A. Gross, 64, wife of Frank Gross, died at 4 o'clock this afternoon at her home, three miles southeast of Waynetown after a lingering illness which extended over a number of years. The immediate cause her death was a paralytic stroke which she suffered at 9 o'clock Thursday night. Mrs. Gross was born Sept 13, 1869 in Fountain County, the daughter of John and Mary Young Inlow and was a lifelong resident of Fountain, Tippecanoe and Montgomery counties. She was first married to Ed Ingersoll who died in 1890. She was married to Frank Gross Nov 17, 1896. She was a member of the New market Christian Church and lived in Monon for eight years before moving to her home southeast of here six years ago. Surviving are the husband; a son, Wayne Gross of South Bend, a stepdaughter, Mrs. Claude Lydick of Browns Valley; two grandchildren; a half sister, Miss Nevada Inlow of Waynetown and two nieces, Mrs. OW McGaughey of Veedersburg and Mrs. Gayle Smith of Rensselaer. Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon with Rev. WH Newlin of Crawfordsville officiating. Burial will be at the Waynetown Masonic cemetery.
