Frank A. Gray, 85, Wallace died 5 a.m. Monday in his residence. Mr. Gray was a farmer and also operated a private excavating business. His memberships included Sterling Christian Church and Jackson Township Advisory Board. He attended Wallace Schools. He was born Oct 5, 1915 at Fountain County to William H. and Emma Wooley Gray. He married Lorene Elizabeth Swaim on Nov 28, 1935 at Montgomery County. She survives. Also surviving are a daughter, Patricia Kennedy, Wallace; five grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. A daughter, Phyllis Wethington, a grandchild, brother and sister are deceased. Funeral services are scheduled 2 pm. Thursday in Shoemaker Funeral home, Inc, Waynetown, with Rev. Gary Johnson officiating. Burial in Waynetown Masonic Cemetery. Friends may call 12:30 p.m. until time of services Thursday. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society 401 S. Earl Ave, Suite 2C, Lafayette IN 47904.
