Mrs. Stella Grantham, 85, a former resident of Crawfordsville, died Tuesday in St. John’s Hospital at Anderson. She had been living there with her daughter, Helen Collins, since leaving Crawfordsville four years ago. She was born Oct 12, 1884 to Andrew and Melissa Kesler. Survivors of Mrs. Grantham besides Mrs. Collins are two other daughters, Mrs. Opal Taylor of Belleville and Mrs. Lois Vincent of Martinsville; a brother, Donald C. Grantham of Martinsville; a half sister, Mrs. Glee Boyer of Ft. Worth, Texas a half brother, Willard Thompson of Lafayette; 8 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Friends may call at 7-90 p.m. Wednesday at the Selles & Rowe Funeral Home in Anderson, Rev. Bennett Fulp will conduct graveside rites at 2 p.m Thursday in Clark Cemetery at Clark’s Hill.- kbz
