Anna Deere GOLDEN, daughter of Thomas and Edna Deer was born Nov 19, 1877 and died July 7, 1951. She had been in poor health for two years. She married Lonnie Golden on Sept 6, 1905 to which union 3 children were born: Mary Ethel Clodfelter of Chatham NJ in whose home she died Harold Golden of North Salem and Grace Elizabeth Haley of Ft. Benning, Georgia. Six brothers and two sisters survive, also six grandchildren. She is a sister of Nelson Deer. This is the first death in the family of 9 children in 78 years. She became a member of Old Union Church at an early age. The funeral services were held at the home of Harold Golden on Tuesday July 10 at 10:00 o'clock. The funeral was conducted by the Rev. CL Airhart and burial was in Old Union Cemetery - kbz
