Lebanon -- Mrs. Fleeta Bell Gold, a former resident of Montgomery County died Friday morning at the home of a daughter at Lebanon. She was 83. She was born Jan 12, 1883 at Darlington. She had been in poor health several years and was living at the home of her daughter, Mrs. John Coahran. Mrs. Gold had lived at Crawfordsville and Darlington and had resided at Dover for 18 years. She was a seamstress and a member of the EUB Church at Crawfordsville. She married Samuel Gold in 1904 at Darlington. Other survivors include one son, Samuel Gold of Ontario, Calif; a sister, Mrs. Pearl Lee of St. Petersburg, Fla; a second daughter, Mrs. John Coahran (sic - same as above) of Lebanon and 7 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be a at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Russell & Hitch Funeral Home, Rev. Bennett Fulp will officiate. Burial in Greenlawn Cemetery. - kbz
