Lodell Goodbar, who was formerly an accountant in the home office of the Indiana & Ohio Live Stock at Crawfordsville, Ind and has been acting in a similar capacity since the company's removal to Chicago has purchased an interest in the ML Claypool Music Company of Crawfordsville and becomes secretary and treasurer of that concern. It will hereafter be known as the Claypool-Goodbar Music Company. M. Goodbar is a son of Charles L. Goodbar, formerly treasurer of the Indiana & Ohio Live Stock. - kbz
