Danville, Ill., July 11—The coroner’s jury in the case of Miss Clara James and Mrs. Mary Glenon, the two women killed near Grape Creek in the skirmish between miners and militia, returned a verdict declaring it to be a clear case of unjustifiable homicide and recommended that legal action be taken to bring the offenders to justice.
