Glenn - Henry Hamilton
The following obit is from a clipping in my grandmother's scrapbook and there is no date or name of the newspaper on the clipping. Henry lived in Crawfordsville, so undoubtedly it is a Crawfordsville paper. He died on Jan 22, 1892 in Crawfordsville. Note: he is not listed in the vital statistics database of the C'ville newspapers but have found a few they missed. GREAT to have the obit no matter what paper it is from.
Obituary for Henry Hamilton Glenn: Death of Henry Glenn On Jan. 22, shortly after 2 o'clock, Henry Glenn died at his rooms on South Green Street after a long illness, of consumption. Mr. Glenn has lived here for a number of years and was once connected with the book firm of Pontious & Lacey. He was married several years ago to Miss Anna Snyder, the daughter of Mrs. Mary Snyder. He then removed two miles west of the city and lived until he went to New Mexico on account of his health. He returned with his wife and children several months ago and failed rapidly. Mr. Glenn was a member of the Methodist church and a gentleman honored and respected by a large circle of acquaintances.
