KINGMAN - The funeral of Ellsworth Glaze was held at the Woodrow Funeral Home Thursday afternoon. The service was in charge of Rev. Alfred Dobbs of Veedersburg. Organ selections were played by Mrs. Dorothy Wright. Pallbearers, who also assisted with the flowers, were Harold Nichols of Alamo, Cecil Tunin, Fay Beeson, Robert Delp, Jack Blacketer and Donald Delp. Burial was in the Mount Hope Cemetery at Covington.

KINGMAN - Yancy Ellsworth Glaze, 58-year-old farmer of near Bloomingdale, died Monday night in his home after an illness of several weeks. A native of the Bloomingdale community, he was a son of Erastus and Mary Sowers Glaze and was born Dec. 16, 1905. He was wed Oct. 27, 1928 to Dorothy Williams, who survives. Also surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Luella Crowder of Perrysville; a son, Robert E. of near Kingman; a brother, Robert of Crawfordsville, and four sisters, Mrs. Flossie Floyd, Mrs. Leona Crowder and Mrs. Laura Drake of near Bloomingdale and Mrs. Mary Hooper of Waynetown. Funeral services are announced for 2 p.m. (EST) Thursday at the Woodrow Funeral Home here, with Rev. Alfred Dobbs officiating and burial in Mt. Hope Cemetery at Covington. Friends may call at the funeral home from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday.
