George E. Gilbert, 65, whose body is in a morge in Richmond, Indiana is believed to have lived in Crawfordsville at one time. His death resulted from a blow over the heart from the crank of a motor truck, which he tried to turn while working with a road crew. He had previously placed a watch in a Richmond jewelry store for repair that he said had been bought from Otto's Jewelry Store in Crawfordsville. The numbers of the case and movement were sent to LW Otto but Mr. Otto states that a search of records for 15 years back does not disclose any such sale - kbz
