Indianapolis – Kenton G. Gibson, 58 of Indiana died at 2 a.m. today in St., Vincent’s Hospital. Mr. Gibson was a tool and cutter grinder retired from Allison at Indianapolis.  He was an Army veteran of the Korean conflict.  He was a graduate of Russellville HS. His memberships included Masonic Lodge 729, Speedway, Scottish Rite and Mural Shrine.  He was born June 19, 1932 at Roachdale to Walter Glenn and Leona Robbins Gibson. He married Leona J. Springer Oct 29, 1952. She survives. Also surviving are his mother of Greencastle; two sons, Kent Glenn and Dean Allen, both of Indianapolis; three sisters, Thalia Clodfelter and Gloria Gould, both of Greencastle, and Sandra Hunter of Champaign, Ill; five grandchildren and one great grandchild.  He was preceded in death by a brother, Galen R.  Services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Friday in the Thomas Funeral Home at Waynetown with Rev. Ron Raffignone officiating. Burial will be in Waynetown Masonic Cemetery. Friends may call 4-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.  Memorials may be made to the Shriners’ Crippled Children’s Hospital fund.

Gibson; 5 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild. Services 11 a.m. Friday at Thomas Funeral Home with Rev. Ron Raffignone officiating. Burial Waynetown Masonic Cemetery. Friends may call 4-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Donations may be given to the Shriners Crippled Childrens Hospital Fund. - kbz
