Veedersburg -- Rosetta Shade Gebhart, 94, died at the Masonic Home in Franklin Monday at 10 a.m. A life resident of Hillsboro and Veedersburg, she was born near Hillsboro Dec 12, the daughter of James Madison and Sarah Hibbs Shade. She married William D. Gebhart, who preceded her in death in 1940. She was also preceded in death by one sister and two brothers. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at the Crumley Williams Funeral Home. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery. Friends may call after 3 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. - thanks to Betty D.
