Gant, Lurena - Montgomery InGenWeb Project

Mrs. Lurena J. Gant, 69, widow of Wesley Gant, died at 12:30 o’clock Saturday morning at her home in Monroe, Tippecanoe county, where she lived with a son, Earl Gant. She had been in failing health for some time and death was due to complications. Surviving are six daughters and two sons: Mrs. Pearl Hall, Thorntown; Mrs. Rawleigh Higar, Colfax; Mrs. Harley Kirk, Bowers; Mrs. Harry Hiatt, Darlington; Mrs. Elvin Rothenberger and Ed Gant, Stockwell, Mrs. Ray Gordon and Earl Gant, Monroe. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 pm Monday at the Monroe Christian church. Rev. Walter Roudebush will officiate and burial will be in the Johnson cemetery. – thanks to Lena H.
