Donald D. Fyffe, 59, of Rt. 4, died suddenly at 10:45 a.m. Thursday at his home. He was an R. R. Donnelley & Sons Co. employe for 42 years. Mr. Fyffe was a member of the Elks Lodge. A son of Earl and Estella Mason Fyffe, he was born Jan. 5, 1910 in Aulsa, Okla. He was married Dec. 27, 1947 to Ruth Brown, who survives. Also surviving are a son, Ronald, and two daughters, Teresa and Janice Kay, all at home; four brothers, Mason, Howard, Gordon and Delbert, all of this community, and a sister, Mrs. Dorothy Beeson of Paris, Ill. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Cindy Lou, and a sister, Eloise White. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday at Hunt and Son Funeral Home. Interment will be in Oak Hill Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 p.m. Saturday.
