Wingate, May 12 - Mrs. Martha Fulwider, 84, widow of Benjamin Fulwider, died suddenly at 7:15 o'clock this morning at the home of a son, Benjamin, midway between Wingate and Crawfordsville. She had been ill 10 days but death was due to a heart attack. Born near Pleasant Hill, Ohio, Sept 23, 1851 she was a daughter of Benjamin and Sarah A (Williams) Rhoadhamel and was married in 1869. Her husband died in 1925. The family moved to Clay County, Indiana when she was 9 years old and 5 years later came to the Elmdale vicinity, Montgomery County where she had since resided. She was a member of Center Christian Church. Surviving are two sons, WA of Alamo and Benjamin at whose home she died; a daughter, Mrs. Eldon Bunnell, Crawfordsville Rt 4; 12 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren with two sisters, Mrs. Belle Ash, Wingate and Mrs. Ella Dazey, New Richmond. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 o'clock Thursday afternoon at the Liberty Church with Rev. John Servies, Alamo, presiding; interment in Liberty Cemetery. - kbz
