Mrs. Fullenwider (Mary Ann) died at her home on E. Howard Street, on Saturday afternoon. She suffered a stroke of apoplexy April 27 and never rallied from it. Funeral services were conducted at the home by Rev. FB Solin on Monday afternoon. Interment at Maple Ridge. Mrs. Fullenwider was the daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Robert Elliott of Dayton, near Lafayette and was born Sept 23, 1833. She was married to Joseph Newton Fullenwider Oct 12, 1852. 7 children were born. Those living are Henry and Scott and Mrs. CS Laughlin of Paris, ILL. Mr. Fullenwider died at the home place, now owned by Scott Fullenwider in 1898. Ten years ago Mrs. Fullenwider moved to Waveland where she has since made her home. She was a woman of sterling character. She joined the Presbyterian Church in early life and was an earnest Christian. Those from a distance present at the funeral were; Mrs. Robert Fullenwider; Chalmers Fullenwider and JN Fullenwider of Crawfordsville; Mr. & Mrs. William Busenbark and Mr. & Mrs. Newton Busenbark of New Market; David Elliot, of Minneapolis and Dr. and Mrs. Laughlin, of Paris, ILL - kbz
