Mrs. Dora R. Fullenwider, 94, longtime city resident, died at 6:05 a.m. Monday at her home at 311 Jennison St., Crawfordsville. Mrs. Fullenwider was a charter member of the city's First Church of the Nazarene. Born April 28, 1875, in Marseilles, Ill., she was the daughter of Richard and Carolyn Loomis Ryall. She graduated from Moody Bible Institute in 1902 and spent four years as a Bible instructor and evangelist in the Chicago area. In 1906 she accepted an appointment as superintendent of the old Grant Avenue Mission in Crawfordsville. On June 6, 1910, she was married to J. Newton Fullenwider in South Haven, Mich. After her marriage she was active for many years in the Wabash Avenue Presbyterian Church in Crawfordsville as well as being a teacher and missionary worker in the First Church of the Nazarene here. Mrs. Fullenwider was preceded in death by her husband, four brothers and four sisters. Survivors include a son, Harry R. Fullenwider of Crawfordsville; three daughters, Mrs. Frank R. (Nellie) Eskesen of Crawfordsville, Mrs. Hiram (Dorothy) McLendon of Cambridge, Mass., and Mrs. Dwight (Frances) Dodson of Portland, Ore.; five grandsons, and two great-grandsons. Services for Mrs. Fullenwider will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Hunt & Son Funeral Home here. Rev. W.S. Muir and Rev. L.K. Wickett will officiate. Burial will be in the Crawfordsville Masonic Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 1 p.m. Wednesday.--waw
