THORNTOWN – William H. Fulkerson, 58, Rt. 1, Thorntown, died of a heart attack Saturday at 8:30 p.m. in Witham Hospital at Lebanon. Mr. Fulkerson was a graduate of Jasonville High School. He worked as a spray painter for Streamline Trailer and was also employed by Palmor Products of Thorntown. Born Dec. 13, 1917, at Jasonville, he was the son of Fred and Edith Bridges Fulkerson. He was married to Katherine Jones on Dec. 23, 1939, at Indianapolis. Surviving are his mother, Edith Hadley of Beach Grove; wife; two daughters, Mrs. Judith Yager of Nineveh and Mrs. Wanda Ballard of Thorntown; a sister, Mrs. Eva Green of Beech Grove; and eight grandchildren. Services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Wednesday at Russell & Hitch Funeral Home at Thorntown with the Rev. Alan Moody officiating. Burial will be in Floral Park at Indianapolis. Friends may call after 7 o’clock tonight at the funeral home. – jlr
