Waynetown - Graveside services will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Waynetown Masonic Cemetery for Mrs. Iva G. Fruits, 91, formerly of Waynetown who died Monday in the Knights of Pythias Home at Lafayette. She had made her residence at the home since 1962.
She was a member of the Waynetown United Methodist Church. Born July 21, 1882 she was a daughter of Charles and Ella Davis McBroom. She was married Sept 25, 1907 to Meril J. Fruits. He died in 1957.
Survivors include a brother, Harold McBroom of Texas and a sister, Mrs. Marie Lambercht of Wisconsin. She was preceded in death by four sisters and a brother. Funeral services will be conducted at 7:30 p.m. today in the K of P Home at Lafayette. - kbz
