Lafayette - James Isaac Fritts, 90, of 1708 Union St, Lafayette, died at 7:05 p.m. Friday in the Ross Annex of the Tippecanoe County Home, where he had been a patient three years. He was a member of the Fremont Baptist church at Crawfordsville and had formerly operated a bicycle shop at both Wingate and Crawfordsville and lived most of his life at Wingate. Survivors include four sisters, Mrs. Clyde Bodkin and Mrs. Otto Hamilton, both of Lafayette, Mrs. Donald Cripe of Indianapolis and Mildred Rodenbeck of Spencer and two nieces and seven nephews. He was preceded in death by nine brothers and sisters. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday in Cervies-Thomas funeral Home at Waynetown, with Rev. Robert Shotts officiating. Burial will be in Waynetown Masonic Cemetery. Friends may call after 3 p.m. Sunday.
