Oxford – Una J. Frey, 79, of 308 S. Sheets St, died in her home at 5:56 p.m. Saturday June 5. Mrs. Frey was born Feb 23, 1914 in Ladoga moving to Oxford in 1941 from Stockwell. She married Lawrence Frey oct 1, 1929 and he died Aug 12, 1982. She attended Ladoga schools and was a homemaker and former clerk at Stam’s Variety Store in Oxford, retiring in 1978. Mrs. Frey was a member of Oxford United Methodist Church, the UMW and the Pythian Sisters. Surviving are two sons, Cecil G. Frey of Lafayette and David L. Frey of Templeton; three sisters, Frances Jones of Indianapolis, Sue Kelly of Russellville, Ind and Betty Foster of new Market; and two brothers, John Hubble of Ladoga and Gene Hubble of Columbus, Ohio. - kbz
