Claude French, 65, of Chesterfield, formerly of Crawfordsville died Friday in Community Hospital at Anderson. Mr. French married Opal Douglas on Nov 24, 1923. He was a trucker. Surviving are the widow; father, Elmer French of Ladoga; 3 sons; six daughters; 20 grandchildren; six great grandchildren and 3 brothers, Earl, Paul, Clyde; four half brothers, Ernest, Eddie, Ralph and Clarence and three half sisters, Mrs. Opal McKinstry, Mrs. Hazel Hartung and Mrs. Gladys Fletcher.
