Kewanna, June 12 - Mrs. Etta Freel, 43, well known local woman, and widow of Grover Freel, died at the Woodlawn hospital in Rochester at 2:50 o'clock this morning. Death was attributed to dropsy. She had been sick for several months. Born in Darlington, Ind., she moved to Kewanna in 1900 and in 1909 was married to Grover Freel. To this union six children were born, all of whom survive. They are Basil, Ermal, Chester, Ivan, Dale and Marvin. The mother, Mrs. C. A. Clark, also survives. Mrs. Freel was a member of the U. B. church of Perry Grove. Funeral services are to be conducted Sunday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock from the Baptist church here with the Rev. Fox in charge. Burial will be in Greenlawn cemetery.
