Samuel Frazee, once a prominent business man and citizen oof Colfax and for the past 16 years of Frankfort, died Wednesday of apoplexy. He was a special pension examiner from 1880-1891 receiving his appointment from President Arthur (sic). In the service he traveled considerably over many States. ---kbz
