Frederick O. Francis, 59 years, 274 Bellewood Ave., died December 12. Survived by wife Lillian; son Herman H. of Akron; stepson, Floyd Higgins of Dover O,; daughter Mrs. Mary Margaret Hogler of Akron; stepdaughter, Mrs. Doris Racus; sisters, Mrs. Grace Bean, Indianapolis, Ind., Mrs. Bess Wasson of Wheeler, Mich; 12 grandchildren. Services 3 p.m. Monday at the Billow chapel. Rev. C.J. Morton officiating. Interment Mt. Peace cemetery. Friends may call at the chapel after 4 p.m. Saturday.
