Paul Foxworthy, 74, of 10 Elizabeth, died at 12:45 p.m. yesterday (Sept. 27, 1967) in St. Elizabeth Hospital where he had been a patient two weeks. He had been in ill health two years. He was president of the Reliable Abstract & Title Co. Born May 31, 1893, at Wingate, Ind., he was a son of William and Minnie Schafer Foxworthy. He had resided in Danville 26 years, coming here from Crawfordsville, Ind. He was married July 3, 1948, in Westville to Anna M. Oldani, who survives. Also surviving are two sons, Charles P. Foxworthy of Danville and Jack Foxworthy of Chicago; two daughters, Mrs. Aileen Koons of Rising Sun, Ind., and Mrs. Imogene Helm of Columbus, Ohio; 14 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a sister. Mr. Foxworthy attended Wabash College at Crawfordsville. He was an Army veteran of World War I. He was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church and a charter member of the Danville SPEBSQSA. Mr. Foxworthy was also a member of the Danville Lions Club and the American Legion Post 210. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Patrick's Church, with the Rev. Paul Kinder officiating. Burial will be in St. Patrick's Cemetery. Friends will be received at the Johnson Funeral Home 7-9 tonight and 2-4 and 7-9 Friday. Rosary will be recited at the funeral home at 8 p.m. Friday.  --typed by Walt W
