FOUTS, Joseph - Montgomery InGenWeb Project

Wingate, Dec 7 -- Private funeral services for Joseph Fouts was held at the family residence near Elmdale at 12 o'clock Thursday noon. The body lay in state one hour at the Elmdale ME Church where service was held at 1:30. Rev. CC Rockwell, pastor of the church was in charge of the service with Rev. Guy Tremaine preaching the sermon. The Olin quartette, Scott Cowan; Virgil Merrit; Leland Olin and Lester Olin, accompanied by Mrs. Lester Olin at piano, sang Jesus Lover of My Soul and Saved by Grace. 8 grandchildren carried the floral tributes: Letha Fouts; Eleanor Pearson; Ernestine and Charline and Joseph Fouts; Oliver and Loraine Fouts and Dale Fouts. Robert Bunnell; Robert Davidson; Bert Fuller; Don Irvin; Lester Harshbarger and Austin Barker carried the casket. Interment was made itn eh West Cemetery at Waynetown. -- kbz
