FOSTER, John Howard - Montgomery InGenWeb Project

Mrs. Huber Loudermill received word Thursday of the death of her cousin, John Howard Foster of Indianapolis. He died on Wednesday at the Veterans Hospital in Hines, Illinois. His funeral service was held Saturday afternoon and burial was in Crown Hill Cemetery. Mr. Foster was born in Crawfordsville June 18, 1894. He was a veteran with Battery D, 345th Field Artillery of the First World War. He also also a member of the Scottish Rite. He lived in Waveland when a small boy and in Montezuma. Survivors are the widow, Mrs. Hazel Eleanor Foster, his mother, Mrs. Carrie Foster and a sister, Mrs. Cletis Hansen of Indianapolis.   --kbz
