FOSDICK, George - Montgomery InGenWeb Project

George H. Fosdick, former Crawfordsville businessman, died Sunday at Tucson, Ariz., where he had resided for several years. Funeral services were to be held there. Fur many years Mr. Fosdick operated the Fosdick Ice Cream Co. He was chairman of the first Crawfordsville Police Commission, and was active in the Elks and Masonic lodges, the Rotary Club and the Country Club. Mr. Fosdick was an avid bridge player and at one time was a member of a state championship bridge team. The survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Caroline Emory of Tucson, and three grandchildren. His wife, Betsy, preceded him in death several years ago.  --typed by Walt W
