John P. Ford, 70, a former Crawfordsville resident, died Monday in his home on Rt. 1, Dorsey, Ill. Survivors include his wife, Violet; his mother-in-law Mrs. Harry Britton; a brother-in-law, Bud Britton, and a sister-in-law, Mrs. Don Rendfield. Services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday in Jacoby-Wise Funeral Home at Bunker Hill, Ill. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery at Belleville, Ill. – jlr
