Flaningan - Dorothy Paddack

Mrs. Dorothy Flaningan, 52, of Grayslake, Ill.,died Wednesday after a brief illness at Victory Memorial Hospital in Waukegan, Ill. Mrs. Flaningan was born in Darlington July 20, 1917, and had been a resident of Grayslake for the past 20 years. She was married to John E. Flaningan and was the daughter of Howard and Margaret Paddock of Crawfordsville. Mrs. Flaningan was a member of Gages Lake Bible Church. A registered nurse, she had been employed for over 3o years with Condell Memorial Hospital in Libertyville, Ill., and McHenry Hospital at McHenry, Ill. She is survived by her husband, John E; two sons, David H of Concord, Calif., and Terry A., at home; a daughter, Margaret B, at home; her mother, Mrs. Margaret Paddack of Crawfordsville; a brother, Haven Paddack of Darlington; a sister, Mrs. Mildred Bergdoll, Madison, Wis., and a granddaughter, Cheryll Ann. Funeral services were conducted Friday at the Strang Funeral Chapel in Grayslake. Rev. Darwin Clark of Gages Lake Bible Church officiated. Interment was in Highland Memorial Park Cemetery, Libertyville, Ill.
