Joseph Newton Flanigan 85, former resident of the Darlington area, died at Witham Memorial Hospital, Lebanon. He had lived a number of years in Cleveland, Ohio and had been in the Ulan Nursing Home at Lebanon for a year. Services were in Lebanon. – kbz
