Cassie J. Fisher, 60, an employe at the Burget Meat Market the past six years, died Monday afternoon in Culver Hospital. He had been ill four weeks. Born Nov. 9, 1898 at Thorntown, Mr. Fisher was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Fisher. He married Alvie Simpson in 1922. He was a member of the Trinity Methodist Church. Piror to taking employment at the Burget Market, Mr. Fisher operated a poultry business here. Previously he was manager of the Jacques-Havens Poultry Co., in Crawfordsville. Survivors include the widow; a son, Edward Lee Fisher; three daughters, Mrs. Sarah Minnich, Mrs. Cletis Addler and Mrs. Onetia Myers; five brothers, three sisters, and four grandchildren. The body was taken to the Hunt & Son Funeral Home. Arrangements for the services are incomplete.
