VEEDERSBURG— Mrs. Belle Fisher, 80, resident of this community for 60 years, died Thursday night at the Rudisill Nursing Home in Covington where she had been a patient for three weeks. She had been seriously ill since May. Born May 7, 1883, in Harrison County, Ind., she was the daughter of William and Rhoda Kesner Askran. She was married Dec. 31, 1902 to William F. Fisher, who survives. Other survivors include two sons, Darrell and Garland Fisher, both of Veedersburg; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two brothers, John Askran of Blackwell, Okla., and O. W. Askran of Covington, and two sisters, Mrs. Riley Allen of Cates and Mrs. Holycross of Cayuga. Mrs. Fisher was a member of the First Christian Church of Veedersburg.
