Walter T. Fink, 93, died at 6 a.m. Sunday in Bowles Convalescent Home. He was born Dec 5, 1875 in Montgomery County, the son of Ivan and Catherine Sidell Fink. He was first married to Daisy Hamm. He was later married to Bertha Davis. He was wed to Retha Harris who survives. He was a member of Masonic Lodge 495 in Wallace. He was a teacher in Parke, Fountain and Montgomery Counties, later farmed and was a Ripley Township trustee for two terms. He practiced law and served as prosectuing attorney for Parke County. Surviving are his wife and a granddaughter, Mrs. Nancy Smith of Rt. 1. A son, Glen and a daughter preceded him in death. Services are set for 2 p.m. Tuesday at Hunt & Son Funeral Home, Rev. Keith Carlile will officiate. Burial will be in Waynetown Masonic Cemetery. Friends may call after 7 p.m. Monday.
