Waynetown - Mrs. Goldie G. Fine, 72, a former Waynetown resident died Sunday evening in Culver Hospital where she has been a patient 10 days. Mrs. Fine had lived in the Sycamore Apartments, 800 Danville Ave, Crawfordsville the past 3 years. She was a member of Wingate United Methodist Church and had attended Wingate Schools. Mrs. Fine was born March 28, 1898, north of Wingate in the Shawnee Mound area to William C. and Lou Davis Sayers. On June 30, 1917, she married Glen E. Fine of Waynetown. He preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by two sisters, Mrs. Bernice Parker and Mrs. Ruth Riley. Surviving are two sons, William E. of Indianapolis and Donald L. of Crawfordsville; a daughter, Mrs. Helen Gooding of Bremen; a sister, Mrs. Edgar Wilson of Wingate; 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Services will be conducated at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Thomas Funeral Home with Rev. Frank Little officiating. Burial will be in the Waynetown Masonic Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Tuesday. -- typed by Chris M.

Mrs. Goldie Fine, Sycamore Apts., died at 6:35 p.m. Sunday in Culver Hospital after a brief illness. The widow of Glenn Fine, she moved here three years ago from Waynetown. The body was taken to Servies-Thomas Funeral Home in Waynetown, where funeral arrangements are incomplete. - typed by Chris M.
