Finch - Minnie Reichard - Montgomery InGenWeb Project

Mrs. Minnie Finch, 65 years old, well known resident of Linnsburg died at her home Wednesday morning at 1:25 a.m. from an illness lasting several months.  Mrs. Finch was born April 20, 1873 near Crawfordsville, the daughter of John and Elizabeth Jane Patton Reichard.  In May 1891 she was united in marriage with Silas Pickering who passed away in February 1918.  Seven months later she was united in marriage with Hannibal Finch who preceded her in death May 15, 1935.  Surviving are: two sons, Howard Picker and Brazier Pickering of Indianapolis 7 grandchildren, two sisters, Mrs. Ross Myers and Mrs. Fred Myers of Linnsburg, a brother, Charles Reichard of Indianapolis and several nephews and nieces.  Mrs. Finch was a member of the Church of Christ at Linnsburg and funeral services will be held at the church at two o’clock Friday afternoon.  Burial will be made at the Rice cemetery.
