Crawfordsville, Ind March 3 – William I. Fell, 69 years old, who for two decades operated a hardware store in this city died yesterday. Born in Crawfordsville, he was a son of Timothy and Nancy O’Connell Fell, natives of Ireland. Surviving are the widow, a son, one daughter and three sisters, all of this city. =k
