Mellott – Mrs. Lenora Fauth, 83, of Mellott, died at 6 p.m. Saturday in Covington Manor Nursing Home.  She was a member, adult Sunday School teacher and Sunday school pianist at New Antioch Christian Church.  A 1921 graduate of Mellott High School, she attended Lafayette Business College.  She was a charter member of the Fountain County Historical Society.  Mrs. Fauth was born Aug 13, 1903 near Mellott to Thomas and Fannie Archer Wiggins. She was married to Carl Fauth on Sept 20, 1924. He preceded her in death on Jan 8, 1972.  Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Ivan (Jean) Wann of Rt 3, Veedersburg; four grandchildren and four great grandchildren.  A sister and a brother preceded her in death. Services are set for 11 a.m. Wednesday in Crumley-William Funeral Home with Rev. William Chapman officiating.  Burial will be in Waynetown Masonic Cemetery. Friends may call after 5 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. – kbz

Mrs. Lenora Fauth, 83, died at 6 p.m. Saturday Nov 1 in Covington Manor Nursing Center. She was born August 13, 1903, near Mellott, daughtr of Thomas and Fannie Archer Wiggins. She graduated from Mellott HS in 1921 and attended Lafayette Business College. She was married Sept 20, 1924 to Carl Fauth. He died Jan 8, 1972. She was a member of New Antioch Christian Church, Mellot where she taught adult Sunday School class and was a Sunday school pianist. She also was charter member of Fountain County Historical Society. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Ivan (Jean) Wann; 4 grandsons. She was also preceded in death by one sister and a brother. Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. today (Tues) at Crumley-WIlliams Funeral Home, Hillsboro; funeral services held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Crumley-WIlliams Chapel.
