Mrs. James B. Evans, widow of the late Jefferson Evans, died on Friday morning last at the residence of DC Smith on Walnut Street, aged 86 years and six months. The remains were taken to Covington for burial.
Note: I believe this is Jane B. Evans died 26 Jan 1883 in Crawfordsville
