C. B. Enlow, 84, Evansville banker and newspaper executive died Wednesday night in his home. Enlow was chairman of the board of National City Bank, Secretary of the Evansville Courier, Inc, and treasurer of Evansville & Printing Corp. He joined the bank as a cashier in 1909. He had been a member of the Courier board of directors since the 1930s. Enlow was a native of Bridgeport, Ohio and graduate of OH State University. He formerly was a member of the Indiana Toll Road Commission and president of the Evansville School Board. Surviving is a son, Robert C. Enlow, who is president of both the bank and the newspaper. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Friday at the Robert Greek Mortuary in Evansville. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery.
