NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned Administrator (with the will annexed) of the estate of William H. Endicott, late of Montgomery County, Indiana, deceased, will sell at Public Auction on Wednesday the 30th day of May 1860 at the late residence of the descendent, all the personal property of the said decedent, towit: Two head of horses, seven head of cattle, sixteen head of hogs, seven head of sheep, wheat in the bushel and wheat in the ground, corn in the crib and hay in the stack, together with farming utensils, household and kitchen furniture.
TERMS Of Sale - a credit of 12 months will be given on all sumbs over $3 the purchaser giving his note with approved security waiving relief from valuation and apparisement laws - cash in hand will be required on all sums of three dollars and less. Benjamin F. Endicott, Adm'r April 19, 1860 - 3 weeks -Pr's fee $3.45 Also: Administrator’s Notice is hereby given, that the undersigned has been appointed Administrator with the will annexed of the estate of Wm.
