Funeral services for William Henry Elmore, 64 years old who
died Monday in a hospital in Grenada, Miss will be held at 3:30 o’clock
tomorrow afternoon in the Conkle Funeral Home. Burial will be in Flora Park
Cemetery. Mr. Elmore, a native of
Crawfordsville was a resident of Indianapolis from 1915 until last September
when he suffered ill health and established residence with a son, Stanley
Elmore in Grenada. Before his illness he was employed as a driver by the FT
Perkins Trucking Company. Previously he had been employed by the Mayflor
Transit Company. Survivors besides Stanley Emore are two other sons, Frank L. Elmore
of Chicago and Harry A. Elmore of Sahara Village, Utah; a sister, Mrs. Iva
DeHart of Indianapolis and three brothers, Thomas Elmore of Attica; Quincy
Elmore of Crawfordsville and George Elmore of Indianapolis. - kbz
