Mrs. Anna Francis Elmore, 58, of 311 N. Grant Ave., died early Wednesday morning in St. Elizabeth Hospital at Lafayette after an extended illness. Mrs. Elmore was a member of Bethel AME Church. She was graduated from Crawfordsville High School in 1931. She was born March 14, 1912, in Crawfordsville, to William and Denia Richie Churchill. On Nov. 27, 1931, she married William Elmore. Surviving are her husband; five sons, Ted, Francis and Timothy, all of Crawfordsville, Bryon of Lafayette, and Thomas of Los Angeles, Calif.; three daughters, Mrs. Lavenia Spencer of Lafayette, Sharon, at home, and Mrs. Janice Barber of Crawfordsville; a sister, Mrs. Mary Fields of Crawfordsville; a brother, Sam Churchill of Crawfordsville, and 19 grand- children. Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday in Hunt & Son Funeral Home. Rev. A. J. Anderson will officiate. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery.
