Waynetown - Mrs. Minnie Ellis for many years a resident of HIllsboro, Waynetown and vincinity, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Ora Keeling at Bridgeport, Ind. According to word received here thursday. Complications caused the death of Mrs. Ellis. She had been in declining health for the past several months. Mrs. Ellis is survived by three sons, Chancie of near Waynetown, Virgil of Hillsboro and George of Crawfordsville; two daughters, Mrs. Ora Keeling of Bridgeport and Mrs. Fred Hudson of Waynetown. The husband, Samuel Ellis died Nov 29, 1927. Mrs. Ellis was born June 7, 1869 in Fountain county, a daughter of Taylor and Louise Riley. She was married April 18, 1886 to Samuel Ellis. The deceased lived in Fountain County until 25 years ago when her family moved to Montgomery County in which she had since resided. She was a membr of the Hillsboro Methodist Church. The deceased is also survived by one brother, George Riley of Georgetown, Ill, nad 8 grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock at the Waynetown Methodist Church. The services will be in charge of Rev. John Servies of Crawfordsville assisted by Rev OL Chivington. Burial will take place in Waynetown Masonic Cemetery. The body was brought to the home of Mrs. Hudson Thursday evening.
