Mrs. Elkins was a member of the Wabash Avenue Presbyterian Church and the Women's Relief Corps. She was born October 9, 1884, at Advance, the daughter of Hiram and Catherine Conrad Davis. She married Harry Elkins August 26, 1908. He died March 26, 1936. Surviving are a son, Donald of Crawfordsville; a daughter, Mrs. Norma Baxter of LaPorte; two grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. Services for Mrs. Elkins will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday at Hunt and Son Funeral Home with Rev. L.K. Wickett officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Thursday.
