Mrs. Belle M. Edgington, 87, died at the Ben Hur Home on South Grant Avenue Tuesday at 7:30 a.m. foollowing an illness of several weeks. Mrs. Edgington was born June 21, 1865 in Paoli, the daughter of Pearson and Rachel Self Maxidon. She was married Aug 30, 1904 to Amos G. Edgington. Her husband died July 30, 1923. For a number of years Mrs. Edgington taught school in Illinois and Indiana. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church at Robinson, Il. Mrs. Edginton was long interested n young people and their activities. Her father was sharp shooter in the Civil War. Survivors are twonephews, Esco Stone of Ft. Wayne and George Farrell of Detoit, and one niece, Mrs. S.R. Harris of OMaha, Neb. Rev. Robert D. Braby, pastor of Wabash Ave Presbyterian Church will officiate at the funeral services to be held Thurs at 1:30 p.m. at Profitt & Sons Chapel with burial in Ben Hur Cemetery.
